Michele Sala is a researcher in English Language and Translation at the University of Bergamo. His research field and publications are mainly concerned with the application of genre analysis to legal discourse, and with the analysis of the linguistic, textual and pragmatic aspects of legal translation. He has also dealt with text linguistics in cognitive terms.
